MNR'S EURO BOXERS has made every effort
to provide you with a healthy puppy. We guarantee this puppy is purebred and
registered with the AKC. We guarantee that all vaccinations and worm medications
are current as stated on the provided vaccination schedule. For the protection
of both parties, the purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed
veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of taking possession of this puppy.
Failure to do so within the alloted time will render this warranty null and
void. If the sales transaction takes place on Friday and Monday is a holiday,
Purchaser will be given an extra 24 hours to have the puppy examined by a
licensed veterinarian. If this puppy is found to have a life threatening
hereditary congenital defect or any major health problem at this exam, a
replacement puppy of equal value will be given if available, or the entire
purchase price of the puppy will be refunded, (Purchaser’s choice) provided that
the Breeder is notified within 24 hours after the exam. This puppy must be
returned to the Breeder along with the AKC registration papers within 24 hours,
at no expense to the Breeder, with a signed document from the licensed
veterinarian stating the defect or problem. Breeder will not be responsible for
any veterinarian bills incurred by the Purchaser. This guarantee does not
include injuries, fleas, mites, coccidia, giardia or any other intestinal
worms/parasites, as they are common in dogs and puppies. Breeder will not be
responsible for Parvo, Kennel Cough, Distemper, Cornona Virus or autoimmune
disorders after 48 hours of the sale, as these are highly contagious diseases
and they can be contracted immediately after leaving the Breeder. Breeder will
not be responsible for uneven bites, undescended testicles, inguinal or umbilical hernias, and insignificant heart murmurs (Grade I or II) as these are commonin boxers. Breeder will not be responsible for any health problems which are diagnosed after this time period, except where stated in this contract.
Your puppy is guaranteed for one year from
the date of birth against life threatening congenital defects. If within that
time a life threatening congenital defect (not to include parvo virus, distemper
virus, heartworm's or any nutrition related disease) is found by a licensed
veterinarian, the Breeder will replace the puppy with another puppy of same
breed, quality and price. The replacement will be subject to availability. The
puppy will be replaced and no monies will be refunded. The Purchaser must
provide, at Purchaser’s expense, a written statement from a licensed
veterinarian. Breeder will not be responsible for any veterinarian bills
incurred by Purchaser. Breeder will not be responsible for illness or any health
problems, which are diagnosed after these time periods.
Pet puppies are sold on
Limited Registration only. It is agreed and required that every pet puppy be
spayed or neutered before 9 months of age.
Show and/or breeding
prospect puppies are sold on Full Registration. We do not guarantee that your
puppy will achieve a title or be able to be used for breeding purposes when full
grown. At the time of sale, the puppy has the characteristics and pedigree
desirable for competition and/or breeding purposes.
In the unlikely event of this puppy’s death in the
first year, due to congenital defect, a statement from a veterinarian confirming
such an event and cause is required before any action will be taken by the
Breeder. If cause is unknown, an autopsy is required. The Breeder will not be
responsible for veterinary or medical bills incurred by the
Purchaser.
Your puppy has been on a vaccination and de-worming
schedule here and is up to date. It is very important to continue with these
vaccinations and worm treatments after you take your puppy home. Please do not
forget the annual booster after that. All MNR'S Boxers must be microchipped with Home Again Retrieval System or equivalent and Acepromazine shall never be used on said puppy and the vet chart will be marked accordingly.
You, the Purchaser, agree to insure your puppy’s good
health and to keep our guarantee in effect by taking good care of the puppy and
providing good food, housing and good medical care. Please remember that puppies
are babies and they need lots of tender loving care!
This contract is valid only for the original purchaser
of the puppy/dog from "MNR'S EURO BOXERS”. If the puppy/dog is transferred
to another owner, this contract is null and void. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES may the
puppy/dog be transferred to an individual known to mistreat animals, a pound,
Humane Society, Animal Shelter, Pet Store, Rescue Organization, any individual
associated with a puppy mill or released into society without a permanent home.
MNR'S EURO BOXERS will take any of our puppies/dogs back for any reason, no
questions asked, however; no money will be refunded or no credit will be given.
The owner is responsible for any and all veterinarian expenses and
transportation to seller on returned or replaced puppies or dogs. This contract
is not valid outside the United States and in the unfortunate event of any
litigation in connection with this guarantee, the purchaser will pay MNR'S EURO
BOXERS reasonable attorney fees. Venue and jurisdiction for litigation arising
out of or related to this contract shall lie exclusively in Edgecombe County,
North Carolina.
The Breeder makes no guarantees, expressed or implied,
under this contract except as stated above.
By signature below, Purchaser acknowledges receipt of a
copy of this agreement.
We hope that we have helped you to choose the right
puppy for you and your family. If for any reason this puppy does not work out
for you, or if your life changes and you are unable to provide this puppy with a
happy home, please call us for assistance in finding him/her a good home. MNR'S EURO
